Ava Lang Soffer, the Floral Designer for Chef’s Table, attended The School of Visual Arts, Parsons, FIT, and The Metropolitan Institute of Interior Design. She has experience as an art director, a photo stylist, a college-level floral design and interior design teacher, as well as a floral and event designer. Currently, she’s designing large-scale affairs. Her work includes helping the client determine the look/theme of their event and designing all floral and non-floral creative centerpieces. Ava also has vast experience with floral design for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Chuppah, bridal parties/weddings, and design for corporate events. Ava’s corporate client list includes Hadassah, Jewish National Fund, United Jewish Appeal, Citi Field, Bayard’s, The New York Academy of Sciences, Neutrogena, and Sesame Street. Her celebrity client list includes The New York Knicks, Wayne Gretzky, Hillary Clinton, and John Glenn.
